Bad Weather?

Please acknowledge that the Captain makes the final decision regarding the weather. Safety and guest experience is always our first priority. If the weather does not permit for the date of your booking request for day charters, our first solution is to re-schedule. In the event that this is not possible, our cancellation policy will take effect.

How can I ensure my booking is safe and secure?

All bookings are subject to a secure payment method in advance. Prior to payment an official invoice will be issued with your full charter details, upon confirmation payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

Note: Pre-payment must be made to secure your booking, if not the charter date may be reserved by another client or agency.

What do we need to bring?

Onboard all yacht charters standard items such as food and beverages, toiletries and consumables can be supplied for you.

If you wish for additional items to be prepared onboard kindly ask our team in advance.

Are there any ‘hidden’ costs?

Prior to departure, you will be notified of what’s included in your charter package. Additional charges may occur for extra fuel cost’s over standard, overnight use, marina fee’s, or additional extra’s charged via APA.

Can we leave the Crew a gratuity?

Tipping is purely voluntary; if you do decide to tip the crew onboard if they've been professional, helpful, gracious, etc - then it's customary to pay 5% to 15% of the total charter amount before you leave the boat on the last day.
