Clear, Fair Terms
In the event a charter is cancelled by HOT YACHT due to adverse weather or technical reasons, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of all monies paid.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in the price?
Professional crew, fuel for the charter, and all government taxes. Snorkelling gear and water toys are onboard, and towels can be provided upon request. Evening charters also include a welcome drink for every guest and a scenic tour of the Grand Harbour.
What's not included?
Food, drinks and any specific catering requests. We can arrange provisioning or full catering on request at additional cost.
What time do charters start and end?
Day charters run from 10:00 to 18:00. Evening charters run from 19:00 to 22:00 (7:00 pm – 10:00 pm) and include a welcome drink for every guest plus a tour of the Grand Harbour.
Where do we depart from?
Departure is from Malta. Exact marina and berth details are shared on booking confirmation.
What if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If the captain deems conditions unsafe, you'll be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Can children come onboard?
Absolutely. Children are very welcome and life jackets in all sizes are provided.
Is there a toilet onboard?
Yes — each yacht has at least one private head with a freshwater shower.
How do we pay?
A 50% deposit confirms your booking. The remaining balance is to be settled prior to your charter date. We accept payment by EUR bank transfer or international credit card.
